  Friday evening 2 weeks before Christmas and the queue for the 2 manned registers was growing. One register clerk (Nils) was just talking and talking to his 2 customers. Even the man he was serving turned around, indicated the growing queue and said "we should get going and let you serve these other people". The lady in front of me said "that'd be nice" loud enough to be heard. Nope, Nils didn't get the hint but continued on and on and on. I was third in line and was served, out the door and driving past in my car as Nils' customers finally walked out of the store. I miss my efficient and friendly Petbarn in Cleveland, Qld where most the sales staff are mature adults with a sense of customer service.
